Stone Setting Depth Collets
- This setting tool saves time and allows you to cut precise bearing seats
- Can be used with either claw or bezel/tube stone settings
- You simply slide the shank of your setting burr through the "Depth Collet" until you reach the desired depth at which you want to cut the seat
- Tighten with the Allen wrench
- Insert your burr (with the depth collet attached) into your micromotor / pendant drill. The depth collet will not allow the burr to cut any deeper, thus it keeps the seats even
- The set includes 2 depth collets (1 collet for settings 1/10ct to 1/2ct and 1 depth collet for small prong cluster settings) and an Allen wrench
- Use these depth collets to cut equal bearings in prong settings, gent’s rings which require hammer settings and baguette boxes
- Supplied with or without handy wooden storage box
