Moebius - Artic 9040 - Swiss Made Artic for watch & clock escapements and jewel bearings which are exposed to extremely low temperatures (high altitude) and not as higher pressures as 9010 & 9020. To increase adherence, pre-coating with anti-spreading agent (Fixodrop) is recommended.
