ETA Lubeta V105

Ready-to-use solution for dip-lubrication. Composed of a solid lubricant type fatty acid, this allows a homogeneous deposition of a thin lubricating film. This product is typically recommended for the lubrication of reverser/inversion wheels and paws. Ideal for after-sales services.

Dip-lubrication to be used for :

• Precision micromechanics (watch, timer, measuring devices, tools, …)
• Instrumentation and counters (automotive, aeronautic, naval,…)
• Micro motors and stepper motors
• Ball bearing, parts of mechanisms
• Lubrication of slow mobiles with large surface or for dip application (ball bearings, springs,...)

Preparation of the support before use :

• All parts must be clean and dry.

Dip-application :

• Subsequently the parts are immersed in the bath for at

least 30 seconds and slightly shaken.Drying :

• After immersion the parts are drained by stirring and dried
