Quartz Chinese Movements

Unfortunately Chinese watch movement manufacturers do not distribute spare movement parts except for stems, which are available under our watch parts branded section.Cousins have a non returns policy on watch parts and watch movements. Watch manufacturers do not accept movements back as faulty. They state that it was not in this condition or faulty at the time of purchase / supply (basically saying if it is faulty then it was damaged by the customer). These restrictions are placed upon Cousins by the manufacturers. As a trade wholesale business to business supplier we unfortunately have to apply the same terms and conditions.
