• Specific powder designed to withstand the challenges of SLA master model casting, both in terms of expansion of the pattern within the mould and carbon removal
• Ideal for thin walled, hollow or filigree pieces
• Great for use with all precious metals including white palladium (all carats)
• Also great for brass and other non precious metals
• Gives the highest quality surface finish
• Special formula allows the easy removal of the finished casting from the mould
• It is suited to both centrifugal and vacuum assisted casting methods

• 22.5Kg bag or 45Kg plastic drum

Technical details:

• Use de-ionised water (C4359)
• Slurry temperature 21°C
• Leave for 90 minutes to stand before burnout

Water to Powder Ratio:

• Machine vacuum mixing 38:100
• Hand mix then vacuum 40:100

Patterns from the following systems DWS, Envisiontec, 3d Systems, Solid Scape and Invision have been successfully tested, all with exceptional quality castings and faithful reproduction of the finest details.
