Discs, Wet & Dry (Ø75mm)
Wet or Dry Discs Kit contains:
- The precision micron grading provides a uniform, consistent finish
- Works great on softer metals such as precious metal clay, aluminum, copper, etc as well as wood, plastics, polyurethane, fiberglass, painted surfaces and more
- High-strength polyester backing coated with micron-graded mineral particles provides a super uniform, clean finish
- Can be used without compound!
- As the name indicates, you can use Wet or Dry (with or without water)
- Mineral: Aluminium Oxide (1, 2, 3 & 9 micron) (3M reference 281Q)
- Mineral: Silicon Carbide (15 & 30 micron) (3M reference 481Q)
- A micron is a unit of measure, equalling 0.001mm
- Includes medium flex cushion back pads which give added flexibility and are excellent for finer grade abrasives
- Discs stick straight onto the backpads which then screw onto your polishing machine's tapered mandrel
- Patented "see thru" disc technology
