• Finer grits from Matador are silicon carbide (Silicon carbide particles are longer, thinner, harder and more brittle than aluminium oxide, so they remove material very rapidly at first and then the finish becomes slightly finer as the abrasive 'beds in'.)
• Used by Rolex and other top Swiss watch houses
• Perfect for lapping machines
• Excellent for fast clean-up and pre-polishing work
• Also used for deburring and deoxidisation
