3D Silhouette Die Plates

Silhouette dies bring your pieces to life by allowing you to easily create 3D shapes, for jewellery that jumps right out at you! The object is to bubble the centre out of your piece and accentuate the edges of your design, giving it a 3D effect.

• Recommended to put a hard rubber or polyurethane sheet on the top of the silhouette die and at the bottom a rubber mat to absorbs the excess force.

Directions for use with a hydraulic press1. Texture must be done on metal before placing on die2. Place your material on the die, then the die on a rubber block (you may wish to use two rubber blocks for your desired effect)3. Apply the hydraulic pressure until you can see the metal bulge through the die to the desired extentDimensions:
