Questions, enquiries and returns: 
For our trading customers we have replaced our e-mail service with our online support system where answering questions, enquiries and dealing with returns are dealt with via the gold "Help & Support" button on our website where all issues logged will receive a one-hour response time from a Manager.

Your request (along with all Cousins responses) are logged and time stamped within your dashboard and are directly dealt with by the management team. All requests logged on this system allow an e-mail style communication directly with a manager and is also monitored by senior management.

If you wish to return an item please log in and enter your "dashboard" (via the "Help & Support" on the home page) and use the “my returns” function within your dashboard. Please be aware that any items returned without prior authorisation from the “my returns” function will not be recognised or accepted by Cousins regardless of any proof of posting\delivery. All items delivered to Cousins without prior authorisation will remain your property and will only be returned to you at your cost. Please see our full Terms & Conditions (Section 10).
