Technoflux Plating Rack A frame with eight hooks indicated for all types of galvanic baths. This frame is made of premium quality materials resistant to the chemicals found in baths. It is formed by a central trunk equipped with eight copper wires to which we can give the shape of a hook as a support for the pieces. It includes an interchangeable connector for its connection and a stainless steel hook that allows the frame to be placed in the center of the tank or galvanic base. Instructions for use: Maintenance:
- It is necessary the first time that the part is used to remove a small part of the plastic coating from the wire, this being the part that will be in contact with the part to be bathed.
- We recommend grinding or sanding the wire after several uses, in this way we ensure good conductivity, since when the metal contained in the galvanic baths is deposited in this part, they can considerably reduce the electrical conductivity.
- If we use the support with different types of galvanic baths, it is necessary to rinse with running water and later with distilled water. In this way we will avoid contamination by dragging of the baths used previously.
