The Swage block, swedge or swage anvil has been used for centuries. It is considered an indispensable tool by jewellers/silversmiths.

- Simply cut your metals gold, silver, platinum, copper brass etc. And place a appropriate metal bar that fits in to you groove. Not all swage blocks come with metal bars but this is not a problem. You can pick up these from your local metal stockist or use some already purchased tools to perform the task
Use the sides of your dapping punches for half round shape swage block or use your triblet/ring bezel triblet available in many shapes
