Adding a VAT / EORI Number

Customers can enter their company VAT/EORI number using 'My Profile' and selecting your delivery address. This will ensure no VAT is added to your order. Unfortunately orders that have already been placed cannot have VAT numbers added.

Including your VAT/EORI number or phone number in your delivery address may help expedite the delivery of your parcel. Carriers have stated that their systems currently do not allow your VAT/EORI number or phone number on their customs forms unless included as part of the delivery address.
