No other Website in the World gives you the ability to search for watch parts for "any" watch brand, by calibre or case number, for finding the exact parts you require. We have created our own attribute based computer searching programme for multiple branded watch parts (an industry world first), it's like being in our warehouse walking around helping yourself, we have a million plus different spare parts with a large amount already listed on this site.

Our Website is in "Real Time" updated every 20 seconds, so if your part is not on the site it won't be long until it is. This attribute base search programme enables us to make visible all our watch parts on line, for purchasing or looking up prices for quoting, thus cutting out possible lengthy phone calls or time waiting for a response back from the manufacturer, it also shows if an item is no longer available and advises of any alternatives..............give it ago, we think you'll be impressed!

Use the colour coded Departments to navigate to the 60,000 plus products we have available on this site or simply use the "SEARCH DEPARTMENTS". There are 2 easy ways to use this search, by clicking either radio button underneath the search text box......

1. by "Item"
2. by "Category"

By searching via "Item" you can use either a keyword or the item number or part item number (if you know it) and the search results will return a list of the matched product items.

By searching via category you can search all the categories and sub categories within all the colour coded departments (batteries through to books & catalogues). Using this method of search is a lot quicker if you are unsure of which department to enter, for example searching the departments with the "only category" box ticked with the the word "mainspring" will return results from 3 different departments, watch mainsprings, clock mainsprings and mainspring tools.

The "New" document download department provides technical documentation for various watch makes and calibres, equipment & tools manuals, information charts and product data safety sheets.

A document search engine has been added which searches on an item code or the text that appears in the PDF title or PDF description.

There are possibly hundreds if not a thousand plus PDF's we have available but not yet up-loaded to the site. If you require a Technical documentation that is currently not on the site, email myself direct (anthony@cousinsuk.com) and i will prioritise the up-load. 

As from 31st August 2007 the ETA Hong Kong office has shut down their operation. There is limited information on the status for the movements, but it seems that all Far East Version movements (F03, F04, F05, F06), (901.005. 902.105, 902.005, 980.108, 902.505), (G10.21A, G10.71A, G15.21A) are discontinued from production.

The supply for these movements will be disputed until further notice. We will be keeping you posted as and when any further information becomes available.

More and more Rolex generic parts are available and are added to our range as and when they become available. Shame they cannot be genuine Rolex parts, but when doors are closed there are always others that open.

Let's remember the demand for generic parts has not been born out of Cousins selling them but restrictive part policies by companies who still deny they practise them.

Cousins would gladly stop selling generic parts if the genuine parts where available to us.

The quality of not only the actual Chinese movements but also the watch cases they are in has greatly improved over recent years, so much so that more and more of these watches are being offered up for repair. The trouble historically being identification and the limited availability for the watch repairers to confidently commit to accepting this sort of repair.

Assemblers in China state that with popular branded imitation watches, the subsidiary dial function of the watch movement inside is often different to what the function is actually printed on the watch face. For example an imitation Daytona could have a movement inside which has a Sun / Moon display but the actual watch facr could show a seconds recorder subsidiary dial. (The assemblers would remove the Sun / Moon disk so a small second hand can be fitted). In reality the customer never had seconds' recorder functionality, just the look of having it. This can apply to one or all subsidiary dials.
