Our most recent and major expansion in 2003/4 was at our Romford main facility effectively doubled our warehouse size. Simultaneously we installed a state of the art product location and picking programme with a large investment in racking and storage containers to accommodate the rapidly increasing inventory. These improvements allowed us to both completely modernize the site and streamline our entire operations and stock management systems, thus ensuring the ongoing and key issues for our customers of efficiency in all areas, we monitor every order from the moment it is received right through to despatch.
