"Your New Website Functionality"
You can now add your own job reference or repair number to each and every item you purchase in your shopping basket. This reference can now easily be viewed along with every single item and the price you paid (going back a whole year) via the "Web Order History" button now relocated under where you sign in (you will need to be signed in to view).
You also have the ability to add a (your) purchase order reference as well to the complete order on your way to checking out / purchasing.

Why can't we get prices over the phone?
I received a call from one of our customers asking me "why don't you give prices over the phone and why do you insist on directing people to your website, which I feel is ridiculous".
I replied "We were receiving up to 400 calls a day asking for prices (including general public), this resulted in customers like yourself wishing to place an order especially at the busier times of day struggling to get through".
The customer said "I never thought of it like that I am astonished at the amount of calls you get and can now understand the reasons why", at which point the customer thanked me for the explanation and said he would log on and have another look at using the website.
95% of all prices are visible without having to log in
The majority of the 200 watch factory prices are visible without being logged in, this is the same for other departments, consumables, tools etc. I am sure you will understand there are a handful of price sensitive categories like Omega and Seiko where you do need to log in for pricing.
