Jump Ring Making & Manufacturing

• An inexpensive tool to make your own jump rings
• Simple to use to make multiple jump rings
• Screw the preferred sized mandrel into the plastic base, hold the wire at
the bottom end (nearest to the base) and place your finger into the hole and
simply twist the plastic base around your finger whilst gradually letting the
wire wrap up and around the mandrel
• A speedy way of making a coil, ready to cut jump rings
• Set 1: 4pcs mandrel set sizes: Ø 4mm, 6mm, 7mm, 8mm (J31876 - Small)
• Set 2: 4pcs mandrel set sizes: Ø 10mm, 12mm, 14mm, 18mm (J31877 - Large)
• Each mandrel is 95mm long, depending on the size of the wire you can
make up to 100 jump rings (Based on 1mm gold wire)

between the mandrels and the plastic holder

Excellent for producing multiple jump rings, links etc, from round or oval wire.

Place the preferred mandrel size into the unit holder and tighten with the mushroom
plastic head mounted on the unit. Lock the mandrel from the 'turning handle' side with
an Allen Key (not supplied).
This unit has a sliding left and right fitting for mandrels to fit perfectly. Put the wire into
the mandrel 'leading hole' and hold wire with your free hand, turn the handle round and
the coil starts to form on the mandrel
