Rechargeable Capacitors & Accumulators
Capacitors do not have charge in them when supplied as unlike a battery or rechargeable battery, they do not have chemicals inside creating power, capacitors purely store generated power for short term storage and use. This is why they are ‘green’ unlike conventional batteries.

Seiko Capacitors
Capacitors are supplied without charge. Instruction to charge are the same as at the point of sale of the watch.
Once Capacitors become empty and stops it can take about 2500 shakes to make the watch work normally.
To avoid this you can utilize the KINETIC Charger C8983.
